Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in years. I told my assistant, who’s paid well to get things right, to find me a seasoned, professional realtor with deep market knowledge and local expertise. Instead, he handed me the profile of Alexis Davis, who turned out to be arrogant, dismissive, and completely out of touch with the level of service I expect. They called me about a property that was available next year supposedly then ,an a week later it was rented out. I went from the 1st to last so they the worse to me to messy.
We just closed on 2 different sales that were listed with Coldwell and while the listing process was relatively smooth, once there was an offer on the first property the communication with our agent Stephanie was very limited and extremely confusing. Attachments were sent to us with no explanation and there was a need for additional paperwork due to lot nonconformance and her communication on this was extremely confusing -- it took several calls and emails before we understood what the issue was and how to resolve it.
