They called me about a property that was available next year supposedly then ,an a week later it was rented out. I went from the 1st to last so they the worse to me to messy.
We just closed on 2 different sales that were listed with Coldwell and while the listing process was relatively smooth, once there was an offer on the first property the communication with our agent Stephanie was very limited and extremely confusing.
