We had our house listed with another company for 10 months. Offer after offer fell through due to some roofing concerns. We were frustrated and almost ready to sign a quit claim deed, and walk away. I had Jason‘s number from my previous experience with him and called him up and explained the situation. He said “Not a problem.I can take care of this”. 5 weeks to the day after we signed a listing agreement with him, we walked into the title office and closed. AMAZING the only word I can think of to describe our experience.
