We really enjoy working with Cheryl! She is always very responsive and professional.
I cannot say enough good things about my realtor, Cheryl Kempenich. I really lucked out there. Cheryl and her team will take care of all your needs and then some. She was totally on top of everything- 24/7. Responsive, direct, efficient, cool, calm and competent with a capital C. It is not by chance she is in the top 1%. Rather, it is through extreme diligence, hard work, and street smarts. It does not hurt that she also is a genuinely nice person and has a no pressure, low key approach.
Anyone can obtain a real estate license but that does not make them a “good” realtor. In this ever changing world of computer generated sales, good customer services is quickly falling by the wayside. We appreciate the great job with regard to educating her about the condo market, arranging showings for her, preparing the purchase agreement, and following up on all of the questions and information request that were directed towards you.
