Frustrated with the lack of communication with this management company. From when they took over the place I lived in to when I moved out, it has been a struggle to get a response. I will give them credit for maintenance, every request was taken care of quickly but the property has gone downhill and I’m glad I left. I disputed my security deposit refund and have been going in circles about it, with no resolution. Hard to say if incompetence or dishonesty is their strongest suit. Avoid these people at all costs or you will regret it.
I have been a tenant of theirs (specifically Traci Young) for over 12 years. I have always admired their professionalism, timely responses to maintenance requests and being steadfast in their terms. They are a great management team for both tenants and homeowners.
