I have been a tenant of theirs (specifically Traci Young) for over 12 years. I have always admired their professionalism, timely responses to maintenance requests and being steadfast in their terms. They are a great management team for both tenants and homeowners.
Alyssa is the best. Most amazing customer service. A pleasure to deal with, always fast to respond and informative. If it wasn’t for her it would have been three stars.
Absolutely Best Property Company in Redding. They advocate for improvements in the home for carpet, repairs and general service. Prompt, quick response to all inquiries including repairs. Communication is important and they respond quickly to concerns expressed. I have been a renter with C&C for the last 5 or so years. They are the best I’ve have rented with thus far. No issues with them, they’ve been the most kind and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Traci & Alyssa for always treating me with respect, kindness and understanding!
