Absolutely Best Property Company in Redding. They advocate for improvements in the home for carpet, repairs and general service. Prompt, quick response to all inquiries including repairs. Communication is important and they respond quickly to concerns expressed. Key aspects of Coldwell Banker include specific elements like the cleanliness of the home, quality of the home and helpfulness of of all staff members. I have been a renter with C&C for the last 5 or so years. They are the best I’ve have rented with thus far. No issues with them, they’ve been the most kind and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Traci & Alyssa for always treating me with respect, kindness and understanding!
I hired them to manage my property. They selected tenants based on their rental criteria and I approved them. Soon after, the tenants stopped paying rent. I had to evict the tenants and Coldwell was no help at all. When the tenant moved out and I went back to inspect the home, it was in ruins and despite the security deposit, I was out several thousands in repairs due to Coldwell’s poor choice in tenants for my property. 0/10 experience, will go with literally any of the other property management companies next time.
