I have been a tenant of theirs (specifically Traci Young) for over 12 years. I have always admired their professionalism, timely responses to maintenance requests and being steadfast in their terms. They are a great management team for both tenants and homeowners.

I have been a renter with C&C for the last 5 or so years. They are the best I’ve have rented with thus far. No issues with them, they’ve been the most kind and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Traci & Alyssa for always treating me with respect, kindness and understanding!
