I hired them to manage my property. They selected tenants based on their rental criteria and I approved them. Soon after, the tenants stopped paying rent. I had to evict the tenants and Coldwell was no help at all. When the tenant moved out and I went back to inspect the home, it was in ruins and despite the security deposit, I was out several thousands in repairs due to Coldwell’s poor choice in tenants for my property. 0/10 experience, will go with literally any of the other property management companies next time.
Can’t trust them. They only care about taking your money even when everything is thoroughly cleaned and they still take most of your deposit. Who makes these extortion rules.
