Very unprofessional, extremely disorganized; somehow they never received my application, management could be a little more professional. Beth Godman the Manager should be held accountable for lack of organization managing all the properties.

Very unorganized and rude office staff. Constantly gave the run around and even mixed my application up twice with someone else’s, then denied the mistake and wouldn’t call me back about the issue until I showed proof. They also lost my application multiple times, so either they are extremely unorganized or dishonest; maybe both. I just went somewhere else and I’d highly recommend that anyone else do the same. They just seem unethical and that’s not a business I want to be to be relying on for my housing.

The property I moved into was dirty and had a lot of damage. I documented all of it in writing and photos. None of my repair requests were answered until a month before my lease was up so I told them to wait until I moved out. Now, they are trying to charge me for these things. There was also an issue with them not informing me about having to transfer the water into my name or pay that bill and then months in they suddenly wanted me to pay the water back to before I even moved in. Alyssa with Select is hands down one of the best agents we’ve ever worked with! She is very communicative and extremely helpful with getting us into our ideal home! She is patient, kind and is understanding of our wants & needs.
