I would never recommend Michael involving ANY real estate transaction. During the sale of my house Michael’s interests revolved solely around maximizing his sales commission. He fabricated a very stressful situation - after my house was sold no less - to further along his game. Arguments ensued as he masterfully manipulated all players. Evan helped me find a place I am happy to call home. He didn't hesitate to point out houses with issues I would want to avoid during our visits to various places and was in no hurry to get a deal done. I received good advice on both the condition of houses I asked to visit as well as guidance on how the negotiation was going. I appreciate his hard work and honesty.
