This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Josh Topper listed my house in Granite City and as soon as I signed the paperwork, he told me he will be busy the next 4-6 weekends so he wouldn't be able to show the home. He kept pushing me to sign a contract for deed and I kept telling him NO. Anytime I would have someone wanting to look at the house he said he was unavailable, and he had no one on his team available.
