I met Brad a year ahead before he helped me buy my first home. Brad Graves was a decent realtor at the beginning, but in the end he ended up stealing 1k dollars from us on a mixup on the price that he said he would make right and pay us after closing, here it is 9 months later and he still hides and neglects calls. Hopefully others are more cautious of his con.
