Let me begin by agreeing that our property would be very difficult to sell. It is very remote and totally off-grid. All the necessary items (water, power and septic) but at least 45 minutes away from Tehachapi or Bakersfield. They came to visit the property and were very professional, informed and agreed it would be a limited market of whom would be interested in the 20 acre property.
