Coldwell banker will never get my recommendation or anything more than 1 star thanks to the quality of my agent I had to deal with. Jenice Park is by far the least trustworthy agent I have ever met with no great representation of the owner or anyone else involved in the transaction. She is simply here to trash her client make her money and walk out of the transaction making you both feel taken advantage of.
