I was misled by this agency. I mentioned during our first meeting my credit score was under the qualifications but I had excellent rental history and income. They made me think I was able to move from my current unit which is managed under a different company to another unit in the building. I met with the realtor twice. I expressed to them I was not able to upload documents into their system last week. I just got a text today that I was denied. Less than two week to find a place for my 87 year old dad and myself.
