The process was simple and easy. My agent explained everything before she had me sign any papers. I am a first time home buyer, and my agent walked me through the process and called to check on me to be sure I was comfortable buying my home.
First of all, PJ McGuire was fantastic. He's a consummate pro with years of experience. He made the entire experience (trying as it was) as smooth as humanly possible. I have already referred him to numerous friends and relatives. Also, having the Tacoma office in the Stadium District was very convenient. I couldn't imagine finding another realtor and agency that would work as hard for me as did PJ and Coldwell Banker.
