Patricia was fantastic start to finish. We had last minute issues with the buyer and she handled everything with Professionalism and extreme determination! We would not have closed as scheduled if it were not for hard work and knowledge of processes.
“Ms.Patricia” as my husband and I addressed her was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is thorough and patient! Her experience speaks for itself. She is down to earth, but has no problem with negotiating and getting any buyer/seller to the closing table happy and satisfied with the deal. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs and will be sharing her information with anyone who will listen.
I had the opportunity to work with Patricia on one of my listings. She expertly guided her buyers through buying a home in Texas. This was important because they were moving from out of state and were not familiar with the state or the DFW area. My sellers had a smooth and pleasant experience because she did such an excellent job from contract to close! She is a top tier agent... you can't go wrong working with her!
Patricia is the best! She went above and beyond when it came to the sale of our house. I thought it was going to be a painful and stressful process all around, but she made it not that way at all. She has a determined approach and a strong attention to detail. Everything was always done on time and our house sold quickly because of her. Highly recommend going to Patricia for any of your real estate needs.
I was in need of a short term rental (10d), and within hours of contacting Patricia, using her experience and network, a lease was secured. Thank you Patricia!
