I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and disrespect I received by a realtor at this agency. I rarely write reviews however I was so appalled by my phone call I felt the need to submit one. I am writing this review not about the agency but the realtor, Kathleen Fassler. I was given her name based on a recommendation from a friend who had worked with her when she purchased her home in Smithtown. I had the pleasure of working with Marlen who was very professional. She is a humble and extremely patient person. Excellent customer service, she was on top of everything. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell; she sold my home in one week! Most of all from working with her, I can tell that she is a caring and genuine person. I will also say for the company they put together a great marketing package.
