Excellent service from peggy and her sister Katy. I came to peggy when another long beach broker was lying to me that I don't qualify for a studio apt in my price range.peggy checked my credit score which is above 750 and my income and peggy and her sister got me in a beautiful studio a few weeks later that was in my price range.
