Would give zero, negative stars if I could! Found a house that we were very interested in which we wanted to know more about, see more photos ect. I asked for more photos and video got excuses. Asked for referral to a mortgage broker in the area and got sent to. a local bank and a person who was not responsive that she knew wasn't responsive! After my fiancé's recent experience, I can't recemend them after our experience with Kim Steen. She needs to learn how to listen to the customer, not make assumptions and have better communication with future clients. We just won't be one of them and are now looking elsewhere. You just lost a sale Caldwell.
