If I could leave a negative rating I would. Purchased a home that Coldwell Banker of Bay St. Louis held the listing. Terrible experience- I have dealt with several realtors during my life time - and this was the worst by far. Unethical - withheld information until the day of closing. Very argumentative and disrespectful. On speaker phone at time of closing - he used abusive language to our realtor. He told us didn’t care if he sold any homes. I advise anyone interested in a Coldwell Banker Bay St Louis listing to reconsider.
We had the most amazing experience with our realtor, Kevin Kulpeksa. He had to work with the seller's crazy realtor and our crazy loan officer. He did this with the utmost professionalism and patience. He was very kind in familiarizing us with our new area, things to do and local resources. Otis and I can't thank you enough, Kevin!
