I cannot believe my angel of a realtor. Lisa handled everything with such professionalism, attention to detail and heart. I loved my experience. I cancelled a pending offer to resubmit an offer that Christian Marquez and his client had initially denied. The offer stated the closing date. After cancelling in offer on another property to resubmit on a property that Christian has listed he then changed the terms on the closing date knowing the original offer and second offer had a closing date prior to what he came back with. Wasted valuable time, Realtors, Sellers, and everyone else be weary. Transparency is key and this appears to be something they lack.
Our realtor was Merry Gutierrez, she was absolutely amazing. She took all the stress out of buying a house and made the process as stress free as possible. We are so happy with our new home and I recommend everyone to go to them for your house buying needs.
After recently purchasing a home, we needed to end our lease early. Though we thought the loss of the deposit in addition to 3 month's rent was excessive and predatory, we agreed to the terms. 3 weeks after mailing a check for the additional rent, I received an email from Kathy Edwards, the property manager that we worked with for 2 years.
