Kitty Vang is who I spoke too. Rude when trying to view a home without pre-approval. If I like the house I need a 15 mins phone call to get approved, been looking for the right house for months, pre approvals don’t last long. Not sure why the NC realty commission doesn’t require it but Coldwell does. Anyone reading this, go with someone else. Lazy “salesmen”

What can I say... Sarah is amazing! Such a great person who really cares about people. Real estate is just her avenue to help people and touch lives. If she wasn't in real estate, she'd still be that person. I can't recommend her enough. I only wish I had more houses she could help me with!
