I recently bid on a property that was listed by this firm. I was so disappointed that on the on the condition report of the property, seepage in the crawlspace was not disclosed and when a counter offer was presented my contingency regarding an inspection was treated as informational only. This is deception and maybe considered fraud. There was standing water and easily viewed by anyone as no professional is needed.
Cheryl is the best. Great commination and made the process as easy as possible!
