I reached out to an agent named Melba Olgetree regarding a property for rent AND purchase. She NEVER answers her phone!! What's the point of having her manage multiple properties if she doesn't respond to ANYONE. Coldwell Banker needs to get a different person to handle this because she is costing them potential clients and money. If you see Melba Olgetree on ANY website listing forget about it!
Stir clear of Amber Cryer. She is lazy and a liar.
Less than 24 hrs took my $60 cash only application fee for one person and denied me for no reason and have proof. If you are trying to rent from them don't run. They want the deposit cash only say the company only takes that this way for tax purposes only. Doesn't go with renters rent separately account but rent can be paid money order and card.
