IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE THIS HOUSE PLEASE READ MY REVIEW! I rented this house from March 2022 until February 2025. In the three (3) years I had 35+ maintenance requests. This house was posted on their website about 3 weeks after we moved out because the property owner was not willing to renew the lease due to the extensive amount of work needed on the house because of a botched renovation.
