Unfortunately, this is Not a good review. Nicole is friendly but in our opinion her service was lacking. Essentially, after the offer was accepted on the property we wanted to buy, she sat back. (Note that getting the offer accepted was not to difficult as we were well qualified buyers and were able to strongly compete). Our main ask of Nicole was to keep an eye on the time tables of getting into the new house.
