I found Cathie to be unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful. She represents clients that are untrustworthy and irresponsible. When approached to rectify a problem her response via email "don't call me again". The situation could have been dealt with differently. This response was unnecessary. She has terrible communication and customer service skills. DO NOT RENT TO HER CLIENTS!! you might be stuck with the same issues I had to deal with.
