Do not do business with Jerry Thomas he is a partner for Woodridge Moblie Home Park. This guy was my realtor before and all he cares about is money. I used him as my realtor and he was all nice and helpful till the paperwork point of the process then he just disappeared. We'll I just sold my place this week come too find out my paperwork when I bought the place was never completed and title paperwork was never filed.
