Awesome office filled with top professionals with superior knowledge of the Hardin County real estate market.
Hard to get someone to return calls. Signs on property were falling down. Not consistently listed online. Property sold resulting in thousands for the realtors but no one called to thank us for the listing.
When dealing with Irvin Lyons, run away from COLDWELL BANKER. Worst experience ever!! Rental mgmt skills are the worst of decision making. Irvin Lyons, calls unqualified contractothe to work on house repairs. Lost over $4500 in damage on flooring and ceiling from toliets, dishwasher repairs. Top it off he never checked out repairs after claiming he paid contractor. More to add, Irvin Lyons bills Those owners for paint and never paints the interior. Recommend all house owner who need a rental MGMT, use someone else.
