Bob was wonderful in helping us find our dream home. He was very patient and diligent as we walked through many homes until we found the right one. Bob gave sound advice as we where confronted with decisions. He represented us wonderfully as we negotiated with an offer. In the end he fought for us as we came to an agreement that everyone was pleased with. I highly recommend work with Bob!

Used the Chicago Title franchise based in this address. They failed to pay back taxes when closing, haven't fixed the issue despite contacting them multiple times, and now the county is threatening foreclosure for to the unpaid taxes. Literally THE REASON you use a title company is to handle issues like this. My realtor and I are frustrated, Gina has failed us.
