BEWARE: Do NOT buy a Reilly home in the Basehor area. I addressed our unleveling situation when we first bought our home six years ago, and Reilly wouldn’t do a damn thing about it. If I could give a zero stars, I would. I REALLY urge you from buying anything Reilly build in the Basehor area. Their houses are poorly built, fall apart fast 6-months down the road and they use the cheapest of the cheapest inside the home. They never take accountability for anything, it’s unprofessional. There needs to be a big group of folks in the area to start a lawsuit with these people because the home I live in now, I have never seen any other new home fall apart like theirs. Christy McKee is shady and a fraud. I saw a house and asked for the disclosure paperwork and she stated she didn’t have any available and that it was all on her phone. I asked if she could send it to me and I never heard anything back. Will not be using this company.
Cynthia Sowel was the agent For the sellers that I bought my Home from. She was ignorant. She was rude. She did not allow me to have the keys after I paid my down payment.
