Do not trust this company they have agents who worked there for over 50 years and don’t respond to buyers. I had Jim Horovitz represent me as a buyer while he was the listing agent. I called and texted multiple times and he completely ignored my cash offer for 4 days. No offers at that time. On the 5th day after multiple calls he finally answered and told me the buyer accepted another offer. He is the lowest of the lowest I’ve seen in 10 years of real estate. Do not trust him or this company!!!
Wildly unprofessional. Any home listed by Susie Colvin is a complete waste of time and opportunity for both buyers and sellers

Reached out to Tom Hall early this year. Great during initial interview. After that though, he became a ghost. Never returned calls or text. Sent text messages saying “Did I say I’d call you today, well I’m off so it’ll be tomorrow”. If you are a first time homebuyer, I HIGHLY suggest you taking your business to someone who actually cares. I’m thankful I found a loan officer that actually helped me find a home
