Wildly unprofessional. Any home listed by Susie Colvin is a complete waste of time and opportunity for both buyers and sellers

Reached out to Tom Hall early this year. Great during initial interview. After that though, he became a ghost. Never returned calls or text. Sent text messages saying “Did I say I’d call you today, well I’m off so it’ll be tomorrow”. If you are a first time homebuyer, I HIGHLY suggest you taking your business to someone who actually cares. I’m thankful I found a loan officer that actually helped me find a home
Tom Hall is remarkably genuine, and really cares about his clients' situations. I spent (2) days calling potential property appraisers, leaving messages, and many were not even returned. Noone wanted to appraise a modular home or travel that far with the current gas prices. But Tom replied immediately, offering us a very reasonable appraisal price, as well as loan options.
