Never Again How do you make you a CBER property manager disappear?? Ask him to fulfill his promises. First and Last time I ever rent through a realty management co. Had to view house w/no power. Was told it had a termite bond (it didn't). We are not pro bldg inspectors or pest control, so we had to go by his info. We were renting, not buying so we had no reason to go up into the attic.
