Sellers beware! Coldwell Banker (Maryland Realtors) are absolute crooks. They had a "prequalified buyer" ready to go with a preapproved FHA loan. They were locked in and were supposed to put down a 5k deposit to hold the house (they missed the deadline and never did). They made an appointment with us (the sellers) to do a contingency walk through to let the new owners walk through and bring inspectors to ONLY inspect the septic and test the water. I rented from them. Ridiculous, greedy, incompetent company. They will nickel and dime you for all you're worth, and do nothing in return. Dublin GA would be a better place to live if it wasn't for them. If you can, avoid renting anything from these parasites.
I am writing a second review about Woody Miller and Zach McGlone on how dishonest they both are and after I purchased the property in Monroe, New Hampshire, they never told me that the seller did not live here for a year and a half. She totally lied about how much was in the propane tank. my wife and I lived in plassman apartments for 2 years we recently moved because the man who lives in apartment #1 diceded verbally harass my wife and try to physically fight me for 2 weeks straight even tried to burn the building down and all bill the slumlord had to say was move out and he isn't responsible for any of it so then we move and he keeps our 650 deposit all while he's been in Florida for 2 years lol
