Worst Rental Experience Ever!!! – I spent almost $7000 on a 2 month house rental in Cape Coral. Thinking Coldwell Banker was a reputable company, I trusted them to be honest in describing the rental. Wrong!!! Linda, the property rental manager and her inept assistant, Carol left out numerous "little details" about this house. Like it had not been rented nor lived in execpt for 2-3 weeks in almost 3 years. Very poorly maintained. The master shower floor was filthy, the shower drain had an odor that we couldn't kill.
