I would not recommend working with Eric with Coldwell. He did not respect Client confidentiality. He was Not trustworthy, and all the other people involved in this transaction, including my own mother had a bad feeling. I will list examples. He told me things that the tenant did not say, he told my lender things that I said within confidentiality, and the biggest problem was, I believe, and so does everybody else, that he deliberately did not show me problems with the house when we were on FaceTime specifically because I was... read more

We had a great experience! We ended up working with two different realtors since we changed the locations we were looking at houses in, but it was a seamless transition. Both realtors were friendly, fast, and helpful. We just purchased our first home and learned so much just from the realtors alone!
