Dave was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, he was constantly answering our calls and questions as soon as we called, if there was any issues Dave went out of his way to make sure he helped in anyway to resolve them or find the answers if he did not know them himself. I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to sell or buy a house
