Mike did an extraordinary job as our realtor and we felt extremely lucky to have him. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. Michael is an amazing realtor! Extremely responsive and always available to chat. I was buying my first home, and he answered all my questions with expertise and empathy. He has a vast knowledge of resources around denver and gives great recommendations for contractors, inspectors, etc etc. I cannot recommend him enough!

We had an excellent experience selling our house with the Surges Team. Michael was very well prepared and had a very insightful understanding of our neighborhood. We also had very good advice from Kathleen on how to prepare our house for sale given that we were not living in the house and nor in Denver. The marketing strategy and pricing led to the house selling very quickly with multiple offers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
