This place will screw you every chance they get. They are not honest people. I would give a zero star review if that was an option
First off the office staff is wonderful and the complex seems to want to make changes for the better. However with my unit they decided to test out new flooring. Whoever did the job cut corners and did a horrible job. Glue constantly comes up through the floor over a month later and there are areas where there are huge gaps where I can see the old floor. The office people did provide a huge rug to cover majority of the floor, which helps, but I really hope they don’t hire this flooring company again.
Maintenance never fixes anything overall just a bad place to live and too expensive for what it's worth Not only that but I saw someone die at the apartment a few years back and they were trying to screw you over Hanover charge you for money that you do not owe
