I’ve had 2 jobs by Coldsnap and couldn’t have asked for better service: quick, knowledgeable, and honest. They left the lawn as good as it could get…. maybe better. As long as I’m around, they’ve got my business!
I was disappointed with this company. They charged $336.38 for a valve replacement service that took a total of 45 minutes. I reached out to the owner and asked if he would consider lowering their charge and he told me that they “didn’t provide discounts”.
This company is absolutely amazing. When we had a small issue with one sprinkler head not only did they come back to fix it but said he will come by next week to check on things to make sure everything is running smooth. Highly recommend them. Great prices and great customer service.
