I had a refrigerator delivered to my home and was told a story by the delivery people that they accidentally scratched the item while bringing into the home. They were 2 somewhat deep horizontal low and high long marks. However after I thought about this later I realized that where the scratches were didn't make sense. They were on the side (not front)and this is where the person stands with the belts so there's no way they could have scratched it between the truck and my house.
