Received my furniture about a year ago. Every piece has some sort of damage with the paint. They did send a man to repair everything, he did a great job. The footboard that was delivered was so badly made he was unable to repair it. 13 months later and I’m still waiting for a new footboard. And after a year of use the dresser has bubbling paint and chips on the top part. Customer service says there is nothing they can do since it has been over a year. I had a refrigerator delivered to my home and was told a story by the delivery people that they accidentally scratched the item while bringing into the home. They were 2 somewhat deep horizontal low and high long marks. However after I thought about this later I realized that where the scratches were didn't make sense. They were on the side (not front)and this is where the person stands with the belts so there's no way they could have scratched it between the truck and my house.
