After paying my $450 bill, I thought it to be pertinent to share my experience with Dr. Colden. I have already found a new ENT as my experience with Dr. Colden, specifically, was horrible. I was referred to Dr. Colden by my PCP for minor tonsil stones. I called and made the appointment, explained the situation, and was quickly booked for an appointment. Dr Seymour was the only good thing about this office. I’d go follow him if you want anyone who cares or does their job like they are suppose to. Office staff is negligent and dismissive and overall rude. Everyone there sucks
Instead of hiring a person to answer phones they force you to use online system ( I wasn't signed up for ) or keep calling over and over and over until they answer. Usually not a big deal, but if you are going to text me a warning about a $50 no show charge, and then say DO NOT REPLY to said TEXT & EMAIL, then don't answer the phone, that's a recipe to piss someone off fast. We need to stop relying on computers to do EVERYTHING, sometimes you have to speak to someone. Dr Seymour was great.
I have heard so much about Dr Colden but unfortunately never got to see him until today... I was always sent to another Dr in that office but 20 years later...WOW now I understand why everyone raves about him..it was the best experience I have ever had with results I totally understand and appreciate thanks so much ☺️
Front Desk & Billing staff unhelpful- They need more training in how to schedule appointments, how to check patients in, how to resolve billing concerns (tried to get a co-pay waived unsuccessfully).
