Cannot not express enough how pleased I was with Dr.Colden and his staff. First time with this practice, my calls were returned promptly, check in efficient, staff was friendly and did not wait to see Audiologiist or Dr.Colden. He really took the time to listen to me and explain his thoughts on moving foward. After being brushed off from a previous Dr. who did not listen, and finding out now it is a serious medical problem, I'm very grateful I found Dr.Colden.
Many of my issues are similar to others that have posted. I was referred to this practice by my PCP as my sinuses and the migraines they trigger are worsening. Although my first appointment with the PA was satisfactory, when I met with Dr Colden, I was kept waiting and hour and 1/2 past my appointment time. When he finally did show, there was no apology and I was lectured for not using the portal for a question about a medication I asked about when they called me. Had to pay a $502 bill, after seeking an explanation as to the various charges I believe I was over charged and at least one service was not performed as described. I will look for alternatives- might find none but worth looking!
