As a life long ear patient, I’ve experienced many ear infections requiring doctor’s visits, and ultimately surgery. I’ve been fortunate to have great healthcare over the years. Today, I had a continuing care visit with Dr. Daryl Colden in Newburyport. Dr. Colden and his team are exemplar, with terrific skills, attentive, and I’m grateful to be under his care.
After paying my $450 bill, I thought it to be pertinent to share my experience with Dr. Colden. I have already found a new ENT as my experience with Dr. Colden, specifically, was horrible. I was referred to Dr. Colden by my PCP for minor tonsil stones. I called and made the appointment, explained the situation, and was quickly booked for an appointment. Dr Seymour was the only good thing about this office. I’d go follow him if you want anyone who cares or does their job like they are suppose to. Office staff is negligent and dismissive and overall rude. Everyone there sucks
