I am the shop manager for the Idaho Falls location. I have been with Cold Tech since 2019. They have provided me with training and skills I need to be a great technician. We have a great staff and pay is good. If you are looking for a great company to work for im the commercial HVAC/R I would suggest Cold Tech
Ken J came in and fixed my heat. Apparently, the pilot light wasn't on? But he cleaned out the tray and got it going so well that I'm no longer freezing in the middle of the day! He was so kind and friendly, I would definitely have him come in for anymore HVAC issues I may have!
Ken Jensen Is AMAZING!! I work at a local dealership, one of our heaters hadn't working forever. He came by, fixed it in about 20 minutes no problem. Great guy, definitely knows his stuff!
