Ugh. The ice cream was mushy and melted before even scooping. Unfriendly workers who couldn’t care less.
I’ve been visiting this Cold Stone location since it opened many years ago, and I’ve always loved it. Now that I have kids, I often let them go in on their own — it’s a small way to teach them independence and responsibility. Today, I sent my son in to get ice cream for himself and my 2.5-year-old niece. Best in the business. The entire plaza is beautiful. You can grab some ice cream and take a walk.
I saw it, I wanted it, I got it. If you get the taco fresh you can pick the ice cream you want in it. Takes longer but so worth it.
I ordered an ice cream sandwich, but the staff clearly didn’t know how to make it. One employee had to ask another, who just told her to put a cookie on top and bottom. I asked to warm the cookie, but was told the microwave was broken. They ended up giving me a scoop of ice cream between two rock-hard cookies. Terrible experience.
