I saw it, I wanted it, I got it. If you get the taco fresh you can pick the ice cream you want in it. Takes longer but so worth it.

I ordered an ice cream sandwich, but the staff clearly didn’t know how to make it. One employee had to ask another, who just told her to put a cookie on top and bottom. I asked to warm the cookie, but was told the microwave was broken. They ended up giving me a scoop of ice cream between two rock-hard cookies. Terrible experience.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I asked “the manager” for two flavors, but he completely forgot the second one. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, he just threw a tiny spoonful of the second flavor on top of my large cup. I mentioned that it barely had any of the second flavor, and his response was, “If you’re going to complain, don’t come back.” When I went to pay, I mentioned the issue to the cashier ,she simply shrugged and said, “He’s the manager, and he’s a mess.” No apology, no effort to ... read more
