We love Cold Stone! The ice cream is always delicious and there are so many flavors and mix-ins to choose from that there’s truly something for everyone. The kids love getting to create their own combinations, and there are plenty of great options for adults too. Everything always tastes fresh, the portions are generous, and it’s one of those places the whole family is always happy to go to. Definitely a favorite!

I used to love the experience of coming to the cold stone in Westerly, driving 45 minutes. The staff was great and made it worthwhile. But of recent. I dread coming here.. The CURRENT staff isn't friendly, the space is filthy and service is really slow. One night I waited 30 minutes between ordering and getting my ice-cream. Went 15 mins before closing tonight and was a little nervous that the staff would be annoyed, but the blonde girl working was so kind, welcoming, patient and informative. Her recommendations and everything else were delicious 😋 Will definitely go back!
