If I could give negative stars I would! Filthy inside, clerk was confused and clueless. 4 times I asked to pack to go, 4 times he ignored me and handed me a disgusting cup covered in ice cream! The mixins ended up more on the floor and counters. The cone was stale, other cones and cups were all broken!! Total waste of money!
If this is your nearest Cold Stone location, I pity you. 😕 This location has awful service… I don’t even want to get into my experience. Then my Cheesecake Fantasy? The strawberries were frozen 🤢 and had that gross frozen taste to it, and there wasn’t a single blueberry in my sundae. I’m from out of state, and the Cold Stone locations near me use fresh berries. I love Cold Stone, but this visit was a huge disappointment.
We love Cold Stone! The ice cream is always delicious and there are so many flavors and mix-ins to choose from that there’s truly something for everyone. The kids love getting to create their own combinations, and there are plenty of great options for adults too. Everything always tastes fresh, the portions are generous, and it’s one of those places the whole family is always happy to go to. Definitely a favorite!
Coldstone provided the ice cream for our ice cream social at Dunn’s Corner School and it was amazing. Thank you so much for everything you do for our school and community.
