Had the best first time experience with Jasmin and Helen !!! So professional, knowledgeable and polite. I asked a lot of questions since it was my first time and they were so pleasant!!!! That was the best ice cream ever . I have a ColdStone that is 10 minutes away but they were so rude I left and this location is about 30 minutes away from me and I would travel back! Amazing job with the hiring! Thank you Helen and Jamin for being absolutely amazing! Y’all exceeded my expectations on service!!!!!!
This Cold Stone location is super convenient and always clean. The customer service is great—staff is friendly and attentive. It’s definitely a go-to spot
Nice employees, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told they don’t serve water. I’ll never go back.
