Stopped for my daughter after a long day at the hospital because she deserved a treat. We both got the coffee ice cream with different toppings and they were both great. Friendly man at the counter.
Walked in 10 minutes before close and the young blonde haired girl welcomed us. Was very polite and helpful. Made our order quickly and thanked us for coming in. Fantastic customer service and great tasting ice cream. Will be back.
Every flavor we got was very good and it’s nice and close to the movie theater so after you watch a movie you can get ice cream. It’s very good give this place a try.
Ordered from here twice. Both times they got my order wrong. First time they didn’t put the extra stuff I ordered in there. Second time I decided to give them another chance, we ordered 2 medium & they gave us 2 smalls & still didn’t put everything I ordered in mine, then refused to give us part of the money back. Kept arguing with me. I will never get this place again !
Super stingy servers. I paid for a large and they only filled my cup half way. I asked the server to add more to the cup and got charged $1.99 more! In every Coldstone Creamery I have ever been to in NY, the cups are filling to overflowing. Fort Myers Coldstone has the stingiest people.
