It was really good. Costumer service was top tier. And very fast. The four guys working did an amazing job and got us in and out fast
Im very disappointed. But I guess it’s happening everywhere with everything. For a “less than” 1 scoop is right under $5. They must be using a teaspoon for the toppings. That saying “less is best”? For my topping, there was 2 bigger chunks that coulda went in the bowl but all got scraped into whatever is underneath the counter. I don’t think it’s worth the price. This is my 3rd time trying and at different locations, 2 other states, and I have the same opinion overall with Coldstone icecream places.

The icecream was excellent. As for the staff, one young lady was excetional. The other 3 need coaching or a new career path. The building left a lot to be desired. Tables needing cleaning floor was dirty and a lack of general maintenance. The restroom although fairly clean had no toilet paper or paper towels.
