A lot of that you are paying for cold stone is the service, and the service is lacking herr. Did not appreciate how Stephany would only take our order near the icecream (why??) When we were near the toppings. Also we had two kids and when we asked if they had anything smaller she said yes but it was too late because she already made a like it size.
Viviana is the best in customer service, nice and polite, good sampling, very well informed about the flavors, toppings and services with a smile. She made the experience really enjoyable. Thank you!
Genuinely impressed by how this place handles every kind of occasion. We've now been for a casual midweek dinner, a slightly fancier anniversary night, and a chaotic family lunch — and they nailed all three. The food is consistently brilliant whatever you're ordering, and the staff seem to instinctively read what kind of evening you want and pitch the service accordingly.
