Esme deserves a raise! The customer service at this location was truly outstanding. I had accidentally called this store instead of the Valley Fair location, and thank goodness for Esme she went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I can only hope Valley Fair hires a manager like her someday. They made the wrong kind of ice cream cake for a birthday party. Niece was very excited for her first ice cream cake for her 10th birthday, and requested Oreos cookies and Cream, so we ordered it. When the time to cut the cake came, we cut it to find a chocolate ice cream cake. The order said cookies and cream, the receipt said cookies and cream, and they didnt make the right cake.
