Customer service was meh. My oreo shake was more like chocolate milk, brought this to their attention, made a slightly thicker chocolate milk with no apology. Wasn't going to ask again, dissatisfactory overall.
Rude staff with nasty attitudes. They laughed after we asked a simple question, acting like we were stupid. Completely unprofessional don’t waste your time here.
Really bad customer they give u unreliable information unfit to do their job
We visited last night about 20 min prior to closing. The young lady who served us had a horrible attitude. I ordered a gotta have it and she half filled the container. We asked for kids and she threw them up on the counter… I understand being tired but you chose this job and you shouldn’t take it out on your customers no matter how bad your day is!
The employees of this location do not want to be there and it is very apparent. We went in on a Saturday that was not busy at all and they told us they ran out of milk. They didn’t want to serve us, which is fine, I like to know where to not spend my money. It’s just very strange to have such young people be so hateful, it’s really disgusting.
