The young lady working today was amazing! I wanted a quart of chocolate ice cream which they did not have in the freezer so she made me a fresh one! Great service and Ice cream!
Awesome experience, nutter butter ice cream and he recommended peanut butter on top too it was so good! Very kind man and patient with not only me but my 3yo too lol. I love cold stone !
They had empty spaces in their cooler. Didn't even have flavors for the suggested signature creations. Very disappointing. The workers didn't seem to care.
Frecuento este lugar siempre con mi familia por que en verdad nos encantan sus sabores, lastimosamente la noche de hoy una de las niñas q nos atendió le entregó el pedido a mi esposo de muy mala manera ( se lo lanzó sobre la vitrina) imagino q estaba estresada por q había mucha gente por entender, lo q nos deja con un gran sinsabor y pocas ganas de volver….
I was very impressed by the customer service. The mint Oreo shake was delicious and the service provided was excellent. A great place to visit after watching a movie next door at AMC. So many options and choices of ice cream.
