One girl had the worst service and messed up the whole night. I asked for a strawberry with kitoat. She put kitkat on the side. When i ssked her if she could mix it in the ice cream like cold stone does, she took a scoop and mashed it in the cup and nothing mashed was still whole pieces. that was just rude.
Ooof, I love Cold Stone and I hate to be writing this but felt the need to after watching others after me say a similar sentiment. “Check your receipt!” The teenage girls at this location sneak in a tip on your bill without saying anything to you. I wonder how much money they have ripped off of people. I was actually going to give them a tip because I was using a gift card but then hearing someone say something and then checking my receipt and knowing since it was a gift card, she couldn’t change it…here we are.
There point system is a scam every time I reach 50 points and I wanna get the 5 dollars off I’m back at 4 or 3 points it happened to me 2 times in a row
They make your ice cream right in front of you and you can add all kinds of fresh delicious ingredients
