Long story short get rid of all your employees and try again! Horrible experiences not to mention your store is disgusting! Everything has cross contamination and nothing is cleaned. Also short changing your sizes and add ins. Not worth it.
Never had a bad experience at any coldstone except this one. I have gone multiple times and given multiple chances and the experience has been the same. Let's start with the cold stone is always disgusting and is not cleaned between making ice cream orders. Every time I go I get either walnuts, peanuts, or Reese cups pieces in my ice cream some how even though I never ordered that. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. A huge health concern. Bought a love it and they filled a like it cup then put it in a love it cup...theft!!!
