Your challenges are real. Hiring staff able to comprehend ice cream, scooping it into a cup and serving it must be really tuff. Hire more intelligent people.
Usually we go to the Nampa store and absolutely LOVE it. We were close by this store and decided to stop in. Staff was not friendly. At the Nampa store we always chose two different flavors and whatever mix-ins and they happily mix it and squish it together. Here at this store they said they couldn’t do that. I ended up choosing one of the menu options, chocolate devotion. And my daughter just got strawberry instead of strawberry with chocolate chips, fudge and brownie.
