Always go to the nampa location and have a great experience came in on Saturday 08/15/2026 around 10pm the workers were messing around serving there frienfs before the real customers , one kid or worker showed up and was just in the ice cream area and made his friend a ice cream and just left never had such a bad experience it took us so long to get to our order

I was excited to take my BFF to a coldstone for his first time! Its fun watching them chop the ingredients into the ice cream. However, we ended up waiting over 5 mins for ANY of the 5 workers to even make eye contact with either of us. There had been a group of 3 guys ahead of us, but they were checking out when we walked in & there were no other customers in line. We waited patiently for someone to notice us,but they never did. We order from here regularly to be delivered by Doordash. Unfortunately, pretty much every time we order, one dish or another is missing all is the mix ins. Tonight both are missing all of the mix ins even though we paid for several. The included receipt shows the order as we placed it. I'm not sure why they aren't reading the orders, but I think we're done ordering from here. Having someone pay for something you aren't giving them is unethical. What a fun crew and great experience tonight! If you want to have a good time with your friends, come here and while you're at it have some amazing ice cream. Cake batter, Reese's pieces, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and Reese's peanut butter for the win. Cash, Von, and Ryaden! The best crew!
