Horrible! Came for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Workers in the back not hearing us. Ice cream fell off table was charge to get another one. My whole total was $56. Place dirty. Rude workers and too expensive to be treated nasty.

It’s cold stone so the ice cream is good but the people working here should not be in food service. They were barely paying attention to the ice cream they were preparing never mind us. While one girl was preparing our ice cream, another girl came out and started cleaning the glass above the counter. She sprayed the cleaner down onto the glass right above our food, not only did it get on the food she also sprayed her coworker. I’m really disappointed with our experience at the Cold Stone in Tigard. We ordered the Everybody’s and chose Oreo cream with almonds, pecans, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. The staff member who made it was kind enough to give us the extra she prepared, so we thought we were off to a good start. But when we got home and actually tried it, the nuts tasted rancid — stale, old, and completely off. It ruined the entire thing.
