Went in today to try the new ice cream taco. It's marketed as made in front of you but we were pointed towards the freezer where a tray of misshapen and unappealing pre-made tacos sat. I requested a fresh one which the girl seemed confused by. She brought out some "fresher" ones but the cone "taco" was soft, sponge-y and pretty gross texture wise . We ended up throwing it out after a few bites. The team was kind, i would just not recommend getting this item.
Literally walked in to a baby running around the back screaming, crying, throwing stuff and fully drooling on equipment. Ignored that. Customer service was awful. Extremely rude and unsanitary, saw one of the workers DRINKING LEFTOVER OUT OF THE BLENDER they had just made a milkshake in. The place smelled rancid. Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, icecream absolutely everywhere. No clue how this location is still in business. Don’t step foot in here if you’re looking for a good experience.
