The staff was so nice but I have to report that their dubai chocolate ice cream was disgusting annd overpriced, and I believe it’s the owners fault. I’m a fan of dubai chocolate, I know what it contains. This location clearly just had mashed up, unsweetened pistachios instead of sweetened pistachio dessert cream that dubai chocolate contains. Amazing cake batter ice cream
Ordered a birthday cake for my mother in law on Monday for a Saturday 12:00 pick up time. Arrived a little early and let the workers know I was there. They said they hadn’t started it and to give them 25 minutes (a 12:20 pick up time now). The asked for my number to call when the order was ready. I went to the Lowe’s across the way to wait. At 12:30 I went back and they told me they hadn’t done anything with the cake because the automated message “happy birthday mom” apparently never went through.
